All of our products are custom-made based on your submitted photos and personalization details. Each item is uniquely crafted and cannot be resold.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, production will begin and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
Artistic Variations
As all items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and artistic style are expected and do not qualify for refunds. Minor adjustments may be offered where possible.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing clear and accurate reference photos. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from low-quality or unclear images.
Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
